Buying toys for my children is always met by a tone of contemplation. The toy world is full of commercial, throwaway, poorly made erm rubbish! Generally, I have to sift through a lot of claptrap to find that classic toy that ticks all my boxes. When Im looking for a toy it has to; capture my childs imagination for more than five minutes, help them develop (in many domains), allow them to be creative, have no or minimal plastic and its got to be toddler tuff!!! Oh and educational helps too, but we all know it all depends on what you want to DO with the toy that really matters here. If its super stylish then Ive reached my toy Nirvana!
